Abstract

Ovim diplomskim radom cilj je predstaviti novi plesni program temeljen na svim dosadašnjim oblicima plesne terapije i primjenom jednostavnih rehabilitacijskih kretnih struktura. Također, želja je i kineziterapijski opisati pokrete programa te definirati zdravstvene tegobe na koje ti pokreti mogu pozitivno djelovati i poboljšati zdravstveno stanje organizma na tjelesnoj i mentalnoj razini. Obzirom na postojanje različitih oblika plesne terapije izvan Hrvatske bilo bi dobro ponuditi ih i u Hrvatskoj zato što imaju snažan utjecaj na poboljšanje psihosomatskog stanja organizma, na uspješno uklanjanje simptoma stresa, a time i izravnom utjecaju na poboljšanje zdravlja pojedinca.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this master’s thesis is to present a new dancing program on the basis of all forms of dance movement therapy and simple rehabilitation movement structures. Also, the author’s wish is to describe movements of dance program in the terms of kinesiotherapy and to define health problems which these movements can have a positive effect on, as well as improve body health on the physical and mental levels. Dance movement therapy is popular in other countries and it is the author’s strong belief that this form of therapy should be offered in Croatia because it has a strong influence on the improvement of the psychosomatic state of body, successful removal of symptoms of stress and thus direct effects on health improvement of the individual.
