Abstract

Ovim radom usmjerila sam pažnju na značajnost wellnessa u svakodnevnom životu
čovjeka koji želi sačuvati svoje zdravlje. Stres je danas najčešći uzrok velikom broju
bolesti. Čovjek želi sačuvati svoje zdravlje, no prečesto svoje tijelo liječi, umjesto da
sačuva od obolijevanja. Predala bih veliku važnost prevenciji obolijevanja, a tek onda
rehabilitaciji od bolesti. Stil života čovjeku zadaje tempo koji u nerijetkim slučajevima
dovodi do bolesti. Smatram da bi uključivanjem wellnessa u svoj stil života, čovjek očuvao
i poboljšao svoje zdravstveno stanje u cijelosti.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this piece is to put focus on the importance of wellness in everyday life
of a person who wants to preserve their health. Stress is nowadays the most common cause
to a large number of diseases. A person wants to preserve their health, but too often it
happens that instead of preventing we cure. I would like to accentuate the importance of
preventing illnesses as number one aspect of significance and rehabilitation as second. Our
lifestyle is what often leads us to the stage of getting ill.
I conclude that incorporating wellness into a persons lifestyle would preserve our
wellbeing and better our medical state in total.
