Abstract

Broj pomoćnih sprava i trenažnih pomagala je kroz povijest sportske gimnastike rastao i s obzirom na zahtjeve sporta iziskivao upotrebu istih. Sigurno je da su pomoćne sprave i trenažna pomagala neizbježna stavka koja omogućuje jednostavniji trenažni proces i olakšani transfer tehničke pripremljenosti na natjecateljske sprave. U ovom radu cilj je približiti trenerima sportske gimnastike i profesorima tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture upotrebu pomoćnih sprava i trenažnih pomagala u sportskoj gimnastici.

Abstract (english)

Throughout history, the amount of gym equipment for various gymnastic events has grown to accommodate the requirements of the advancing sport. Additional equipment and training aids are a necessity which simplifies the training process and eases the transfer of technical abilities to the competitive equipment present at modern day competitions. The goal of this thesis is to acquaint coaches of sport gymnastics and PE specialists with the usage of accessoria lequipment in the training process of sport gymnasts.
