Abstract

Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 116 studenata (40 studentica i 76 studenata) Kineziološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu početkom šestog semestra 2017. godine. Cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi prisutnost posturalnih poremećaja, gdje su poremećaji najčešće locirani, zatim učestalost ozljeda, učestalost poremećaja na području kralježnice, te učestalost loših držanja kod studenata koji se bave sportom ili tjelesnom aktivnošću osim obveza na fakultetu. Studenti su proveli posturalni pregled i ispunili anketni listić. Rezultati su pokazali da je kod 98% studenata zabilježen barem jedan posturalni poremećaj. Najčešći poremećaji su u području ramena kod 14% studenata, te spuštenost lateralnih svodova stopala kod 14% studenata. Ozljede tijekom studija su zabilježene kod 41% studenata, najčešće su locirane na području gležnja, koljena i ramena. Studenti su se češće ozljeđivali od studentica. Poremećaji kralježnice prisutni su kod 24% studenata. Od 73 studenta koji se bave nekom tjelesnom aktivnošću uz fakultetske obveze 56% studenata ima posturalni poremećaj na području kralježnice, najčešće je skoliotično loše držanje.

Abstract (english)

The study was conducted on a sample of 116 students (40 female and 76 male students) at the Faculty of Kinesiology in the University of Zagreb at the beginning of the sixth semester. Aim of this study was to determine the presence of postural disorders, where are those disorders most often located, then the frequency of injuries and the frequency of poor posture at students which are included in some sport or physical activity besides the obligation at the faculty. Students did postural assessment and completed (fulfilled) questionnaire. The results showed that 98% of the students had at least one postural disorder . 14% of students have problems with shoulder, 14% of students have lowering of the lateral arch of the foot. Injuries during the study were registered at 41% of students, oftenly located in the area of ankle, knee and shoulders. Male students were more often injured then the female students. Spine disorders are present in 24% of students. From 73 students involved in some physical activity besides the obligation at the faculty, 56% of them have a postural disorder in the spine area. The most common disorder in the spinal area is scoliotic bad posture.
