Abstract

Manualno testiranje mišićne funkcije je postupak za procjenu funkcije pojedinih mišića i mišićnih skupina. Odličan je alat za dijagnostiku disbalansa među mišićima, razinu njihove aktivacije te za pronalaženje uzroka boli, ako ona postoji. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati važnost i korisnost manualnog testiranja mišićne funkcije čovjeka, njegovu praktičnu primjenu kod određenih disbalansa te mehanizme koji iza njih stoje. U radu se, osim povijesti i opisa mehanizama testiranja, opisuju i praktični primjeri manualnog testiranja koji su bili provedeni za potrebe ovog rada. Dio rada posvećen je i položaju manualnog testiranja u suvremenoj kineziologiji te potencijalu navedenih metoda u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

Manual muscle function testing comprises the individual muscles function assessment. It is a great tool for diagnosing the imbalance among the muscles, the level of their activation and finding the cause of possible pain. The aim of this thesis is to show the importance and usefulness of the muscle function manual testing in people, its practical use with some cases of imbalance, as well as the mechanisms behind them. In addition to the history and the description of testing, the thesis describes the practical examples of manual testing performed in preparation for this work. A part of the thesis describes the place of manual testing in current kinesiology, as well as the future potential of these methods.
