Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazana je važnost primjene pliometrijskog treninga u odbojci, kao i efekti koje on izaziva. Prosječan odbojkaš u jednoj utakmici od pet setova, ovisno o igračkoj poziciji izvede od 70-130 skokova koji su većinom sub-maksimalnog intenziteta. Stoga možemo reći da je primarna zadaća pliometrijskog treninga u odbojci razvoj eksplozivne snage tipa skoka. U radu je također prikazana analiza odbojkaške igre, kao i važnost kondicijske pripreme u odbojci. Nadalje su iznesena pravila i principi kojih se treba pridržavati u provođenju pliometrijskog treninga, te su na kraju prikazani primjeri vježbi i treninga pliometrije.

Abstract (english)

In this final work, the importance of applying plyometric training in volleyball, as well as the effects it causes, are shown. The average volleyball player in one match of five sets, depending on the player position, performs from 70-130 jumps, most of which are sub-maximum intensity. Therefore, we can say that the primary task of the Plyometric training in volleyball is the development of the explosive power of the jump type. The paper also presents an analysis of the volleyball game, as well as the importance of fitness preparation in volleyball. In addition, the rules and principles to be followed in the implementation of the Plyometric training are presented and examples of exercises and training of Pliometry are shown.
