Abstract

Ruptura Ahilove tetive predstavlja vrlo ozbiljnu i bolnu ozljedu. Njezina incidencija je zadnjih godina u porastu. Ovom ozljedom su najviše zahvaćeni muškarci. Najbolja vrsta liječenja rupture Ahilove tetive kod nogometaša je perkutana operativna tehnika. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati anatomiju Ahilove tetive te navesti mehanizme, rizične faktore i uzroke nastanka rupture. Isto tako cilj je prikazati i preventivni program te kineziterapijski program za nogometaša koji je pretrpio ozljedu rupture Ahilove tetive.

Abstract (english)

Achilles tendon rupture is a very serious and painful injury. Its incidence has been on the rise in recent years. Men are the most affected by this injury. The best type of treatment for Achilles tendon rupture in football players is percutaneous surgery. The aim of this study is to show the anatomy of the Achilles tendon and to indicate the mechanisms, risk factors and causes of rupture. Also the aim of this study is to present a preventive program and a kinesitherapy program for a football player who suffered an Achilles tendon rupture.
