Abstract

U radu je izvršena analiza radnih mjesta djelatnika koji obavljaju rad u mjestu u sjedećem i stojećem položaju. Na temelju smetnji pri obavljanju rada prikazani su programi kineziološke rekreacije koji se mogu provoditi u okviru rada i u slobodno vrijeme. Brojna znanstvena istraživanja prikazuju pozitivan utjecaj redovitog i pravilnog vježbanja na fizičko i mentalno zdravlje, te bitnu ulogu vježbanja u prevenciji različitih bolesti, smanjenju posljedica nastalih zbog stresa i provođenja radnog vremena u stajanju i sjedenju. Svakoj osobi to bi trebao biti dovoljan motiv da pronađe sportsko rekreacijsku aktivnost koja joj odgovara te ju redovito prakticira kako bi se poboljšala ili održala razina zdravlja, zadovoljstva i kvalitete života. Kako bi se postigli ciljevi vježbanja, presudno je da plan i program vježbanja budu prikladni i kvalitetno izvedeni, osmišljeni od strane kineziologa ili druge stručne osobe.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes work places at which employees spend working time in sitting or standing position. Based on difficulties occured in conducting work programs for kinesiological recreation to be carried out during work and in free time are presented. Numerous scientific studies have shown positive impacts of exercise on physical and mental health and the important role of exercise in prevention of various diseases and reduction of consequences caused by stress and work time spent in standing and sitting. This should be enough motivation for everyone to find a recreational sport activity which fits them and engage in it regularly to improve or maintain health, satisfaction and quality of life. To achieve goals and enjoy benefits of exercise it is crucial for the exercise plan and program to be suitable and qualitatively done and therefore should be designed by a kinesiologist or another person of expertise.
