Abstract
Osnovni cilj ovog rada je analizirati promjene u aerobnom energetskom kapacitetu nakon 4 tjedna primjene protokola visoko intenzivnog treninga baziranog na parametrima izmjerenim na 30 - 15 intermitten fitness testu (VIFT) u nogometaša juniorskog uzrasta lige Središta. Uzorak ispitanika sačinjen je od 18 nogometaša – juniora (n = 18, 17,4±0,50 godina 179,83±6,93 cm , 70,16±6,08 kg). Vršna prosječna vrijednosti (FSpeak) frekvencije srca na prvom testiranju iznosila je 199,56±6,84 otk/min. Na kraju drugog testiranja vršna vrijednost frekvencije srca iznosila je 195,88±6,33 otk/min. Na temelju rezultata testiranja kreirani su individualizirani programi treninga koje su sportaši provodili dva puta tjedno i to u protokolu koji se sastojao od 2 treninga visokog intenziteta na razini od 80% maksimalne postignute brzine na 30-15 intermitten fitness test (VIFT). Trajanje intervala rada iznosilo je četiri minute povratnog pretrčavanja na terenu dimenzija 70 x 100 metara. Kao osnovi parametar praćenja rada određen je vremenski period od 20 sekundi. Svaki od igrača u tih 20 sekundi morao je prijeći određenu udaljenost na temelju postignutog rezultata (od 80-91 metar) te se nakon okreta vraćao u prvom smjeru odakle je startao. Drugi primjer treninga, koji je proveden šest puta tokom pripremnog perioda, sastojao se od 15 sekundnog intervala rada i isto toliko dugim intervalom oporavka pasivnog karaktera. Igrači bi ovakve intervale rada i odmora izmjenjivali prvi tjedan šest minuta u dvije serije sa dvije minute pasivnog odmora između serija. Svaki nadolazeći tjedan trajanje jedne serije povećavalo bi se za jednu minutu, što je na kraju pripremnog perioda iznosilo ukupno devet minuta rada u jednoj seriji, odnosno 18 minuta efektivnog rada visoko intenzivnog treninga. Ovakav tip treninga sportaši su provodili na 95% od VIFTmax sa individualiziranim udaljenostima i brzinama za svakog pojedinog igrača. (grupe su se formirale na temelju 0,5km/h rezultata) Na finalnom testiranje, prosječni rezultat u odnosu na grupu ispitanika iznosio je 0.97±1,26km/h povećanja u odnosu na inicijalno testiranje na početku pripremnog perioda.

The aim of the present study was to determinate changes in aerobic energetic capacity after 4 weeks of high intensity training based on parameters calculated on 30 - 15 intermitten fitnes test on youth soccer players – middle league. The sample included 18 youth soccer players (n = 18, 17,4±0,50 year 179,83±6,93 cm , 70,16±6,08 kg). Peak heart rate average value (HR peak) on the first test was 199,56±6,84 beats per minute. On the end of the final – second testing HR peak average value was 195, 88±6,33 b/min. Based on the results of the test there have been created individualized training programs for players which they have preformed two times per week in the protocol consisting of two high intensity trainings on 80 % of the maximum velocity reached at the end of the 30 – 15 intermitten fitness test (VIFT). Work interval consist of four minutes of shuttle running on the pitch size 70 x 100 metara. As the primary parameter for monitoring the work interval it have been used the 20 seconds time interval. Each of players in this 20“ had to preforme specific distance based on the score (from 80 – 91 m), then after the turn they sprint back where they has started. The second example of training, which is preformed 6 times during pre-season period, consist of 15 seconds work interval and the same rest interval passive recovery. Players will preforme this kind of trainig in the firts week for 6 minutes in two series with two minutes passive recovery between sets. Each next week the work interval would be increased for one minute, as the end of the pre – season period was in total 9 minutes of work, that means 18 minutes of effective high intensity training. This type of training players preformed at 95 % of VIFTmax with individualized running speeds and distance for every player (groups are formed on the basis of 0,5 km / h). On the final testing, average score in relation to the group was 0, 97±1,26 km / h increased compared to the initial results on the beginning of pre – season period.
