Abstract Svrha ovog rada bila je istražiti učinke treniranja s Technogym Kinesisom na kvantitativne promjene u motoričkim sposobnostima eksplozivne snage tipa skočnosti kod jednog subjekta individualnog trenažnog programa. Trenažni program tijekom ovog istraživanja ukupno se sastojao od 21 kružnog treninga, treniralo se po 3 puta tjedno, 7 tjedana. Vremensko trajanje jednog odrađenog treninga iznosilo je otprilike 27 minuta. Uz početno i završno testiranje promjena unutar motoričkih sposobnosti, provodila su se i tranzitivna testiranja svaki tjedan u Sportsko-dijagnostičkom centru Kineziološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu prema standardiziranim postupcima mjerenja.
Od subjekta se zahtijevalo da tijekom sedam tjedana trenažnog perioda ne provodi druge trenažne programe kako ne bi došlo do utjecanja na rezultate. Za potrebe istraživanja proučavale su se sljedeće varijable: Skok iz čučnja (MESSJ), skok iz čučnja s pripremom (MESCMJ), maksimalni skok s pripremom (MESMAX), skok iz čučnja s pripremom na jednoj nozi (MESCMJL i MESCMJD), kontinuirano skakanje na opruženim nogama (CJs) i kontinuirani maksimalni skokovi na savijene noge (CJb). Mjerenje parametara motoričkih sposobnosti provodilo se na Kistler Quattro Jump platformi. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali pozitivne promjene u nekim od analiziranih testova nakon provedbe trenažnog programa. Unutar testova sunožnih vertikalnih skokova, došlo je do značajnog porasta. Vrijednosti maksimalnih skokova povećale su se za 10,2 cm u varijabli MESSJ, porast od 6,2 cm varijable MESCMJ, varijabla MESSMAX je imala povećanje od 2,5 cm, te su varijable CJs i CJB imale povećanje od 6,1 cm u vrijednostima maksimalnog skoka. Prosječne vrijednosti rezultata sunožnih skokova također su imale porast. Prosječna vrijednost MESSJ povećala se za 8,6 cm, vrijednost varijable MESCMJ se povećala za 6,4 cm, varijabla MESSMAX je porasla za 2,3 cm, te su prosječne vrijednosti varijabli CJs i CJB porasle za 2,7 cm (CJs) i 4 cm (CJB). Negativne promjene pokazale su se u testovima jednonožnih vertikalnih skokova. Vrijednosti maksimalnog skoka MESCMJL i MESCMJD su se smanjile se za 0,8 cm (MESCMJL) i 1,7 cm (MESCMJD), prosječna vrijednost skokova lijeve noge smanjila se za 1,4 cm (MESCMJL), dok se prosječna vrijednost skokova desne noge također smanjila za 1,1 cm (MESCMJD). Podaci sugeriraju da vježbanjem na Kinesisu postoji mogućnost razvijanja eksplozivne snage tipa skočnosti.
Abstract (english) The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of training with Technogym Kinesis on quantitative alternations in motor skills of explosive strength jumping abilities in one subject of individual training program. Training program during this study took place 3 times a week for 7 weeks, altogether 21 week of circuit trainings were done. Duration of one training took around 27 minutes. With initial and final testing of the changes in motor skills, transitive testing also took place every week in the Sports diagnostic center of the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb according to a standardized protocol.
The subject was required during the seven weeks of training period not to exercise other training programs so it wouldn’t interfere with the results. For the purposes of the study, the following variables were considered: Squat jump (MESSJ), maximal countermovement jump (MESCMJ), maximal countermovement jump with hand swings (MESMAX), maximal countermovement jump with one leg ( MESCMJL I MESCMJD), continuous jump straight legs (CJs), continuous jump bent legs (CJb). Monitoring the parameters of motor skills was conducted on Kistler Quattro Jump platform.
Results of this study showed positive changes in some of the analysed tests after carrying out the training program. Inside the tests of double-leg vertical jumps were some significant changes. Values of maximal jumping increased for 10,2 cm in MESSJ variable, MESCMJ increased for 6,2 cm, variable MESSMAX increased 2,5 cm, also variables CJs and CJb both increased for 6,1 cm in values of maximal jump. Average values of results in two-leg vertical jumps also increased. Average values of Squat jump (MESSJ) increased for 8,6 cm, value of MESCMJ variable increased for 6,4 cm, variable MESSMAX increased 2,3 cm, and average values of variable CJs and CJb increased for 2,7 (CJs) and 4 cm (CJb). Negative changes were shown in the tests in one-leg vertical jumps. Values of maximal jump in MESCMJL and MESCJD decreased for 0,8 cm(MESCMJL) and 1,7 cm (MESCMJD), average value of jumps in left leg decreased for 1,4 cm (MESCMJL), while average value of jumps with right leg decreased for 1,1 cm (MESCMJD)
Obtained results suggest that exercising with Kinesis there exist a possibility of developing motor skills of explosive strength jumping abilities
