Abstract | U ovom diplomskom radu cilj je bio utvrditi razlike između dviju skupina odbojkašica u nekim morfološkim karakteristikama te motoričkim i funkcionalnim sposobnostima. Te da se utvrdi postoji li razlika između odabranih skupina. Za potrebe rada testirana je skupina od 11 odbojkašica kadetskog uzrasta odbojkaškog kluba HAOK Mladosti. U prezentaciji rezultata i obradi prikupljenih podataka igračice su podijeljene u grupu (G1) koja je selektirana u seniorsku ekipu HAOK Mladosti i grupu 2 (G2) koja nije selektirana u seniorsku ekipu HAOK Mladosti. Rezultati su pokazali da razlike u maksimalnom primitku kisika nisu statistički značajne. Kod morfoloških karakteristika jedina statistički značajna razlika je kod raspona desne šake (ALDS) iako s malim utjecajem (U=11,00, z=-0,73, p=0,02, r=0,22) prema Kohenovom kriteriju. Kod raspona lijeve šake i postotka potkožnog masnog tkiva numerički su bolje rezultate postigle selekcionirane odbojkašice (G1), ali razlika nije statistički značajna. Motorički testovi koji prema Kohenovom kriteriju imaju statistički značajnu razliku su: skok iz statičnog položaja sa pripremom sa lijevom nogom MESCML (U=4,00, z=-2,01, p=0,04, r=0,6), skok uvis odrazom iz mjesta MESSKOKMJ (U=11,00, z=-2,37, p=0,02, r=0,71), odraz u smeču MESSSM (U=3,50, z=-2,11, p=0,03, r=0,64), skokovi iz stopala SKIZST (U=0,00, z=-2,74, p=0,01, r=0,8), povezani sunožni skokovi iz polučučnja sa rukama na boku BOSCPOLDUB (U=2,00, z=-2,37, p=0,02, r=0,71), i ekstenzija leđa MSSEL (U=0,00, z=-2,74, p=0,01, r=0,83). Istraživanje je pokazalo da postoje razlike mjerenih skupina te je skupina G1 imala bolje rezultate u varijablama koje su provjeravale specifičnu eksplozivnu snagu tipa skočnosti, izdržljivost trupa, specifičnu komponentu odraza, te mišićnu izdržljivost |
Abstract (english) | The purpose of this thesis was to determine the differences between two groups of young female volleyball players in their morphological characteristics and their motor skills and functional abilities and also to reveal the difference between the two groups. For the purpose of this thesis the group of 11 young female players who are a part of HAOK Mladost cadet programme. In the gathered results the players were divided in group 1 (G1) which was selected to join the HAOK Mladost senior team and group 2 (G2) which was not selected to HAOK Mladost senior team. Results have shown that that there is no notable difference in maximal oxygen uptake between the two groups. As with morphological abilities the only notable difference between the two groups was in the right-hand width (ALDS) (U=11,00, z=-0,73, p=0,02, r=0,22) according to Kohen’s criteria. Although the results from left hand width and TANITA results go in favour of the first group (G1) the differences were not statistically significant. Motor skill tests which have significant statistical value according to Kohen’s criteria are: left leg jump from static position MESCML (U=4,00, z=-2,01, p=0,04, r=0,6), vertical jump MESSKOKMJ (U=11,00, z=-2,37, p=0,02, r=0,71), volleyball spike jump MESSSM (U=3,50, z=-2,11, p=0,03, r=0,64), ankle jumps SKIZST ( U=0,00, z=2,74, p=0,01 r=0,8), continuous squat jumps with hands on hips BOSCPOLDUB (U=2,00, z=-2,37, p=0,02, r=0,71), isometric back extension hold MSSEL (U=0,00, z=-2,74, p=0,01, r=0,83). The results have shown that there are measurable differences between the groups and that group 1 (G1) has achieved better results in tests that were designed to measure explosive force, jumping performance and core body strength. |
