Abstract

Ozljede mišićnog sustava dio su sporta koji je nemoguće izbjeći. Brojni sportaši radi ozljeda gube velike količine vremena izvan terena. Ozljede najčešće zahvaćaju mišiće i tkiva donjih ekstremiteta koji su pod najvećim opterećenjem u sportskim aktivnostima kao što je nogomet. Gotovo polovica svih ozljeda u nogometu su ozljede mišića. Statistika također ukazuje na veliki broj recidiva ozljeda mišića, koje igrače sa terena udaljavaju čak 30% više vremena od inicijalnih ozljeda, što može biti posljedica neadekvatno provedenih ili isplaniranih programa rehabilitacije i kondicijske pripreme sportaša. Cilj ovog rada je opisati važnost kineziterapije u rehabilitaciji ozljeda mišića kod nogometaša te ponuditi primjer kineziterapijskog programa nakon rupture m. biceps femoris.

Abstract (english)

Injuries of the muscular system are a part of sports that is impossible to avoid. Many athletes lose large amounts of time off the field due to injuries. Injuries most commonly affect the muscles and tissues of the lower extremities that are under the greatest workload in sports activities such as football. Nearly half of all injuries in football are muscle injuries. Statistics also indicate a high number of recurrent muscle injuries, which force players off the field as much as 30% more time than the initial injuries, which may be a consequence of inadequately implemented or planned rehabilitation programs and fitness training of athletes. The aim of this paper is to describe the importance of kinesitherapy in the rehabilitation of muscle injuries in football players and to offer an example of a kinesitherapy program after a rupture of the m. biceps femoris.
