Abstract

Različiti modeli upravljanja sportskim klubovima utječu na njihov sportski i poslovni uspjeh. Svaka liga u Europi ima svoje posebnosti i drugačije modele ustroja i upravljanja. Tako u Španjolskoj dominira tzv. socios model upravljanja klubom dok je u Njemačkoj Bundesligi krajem devedesetih godina prošlog stoljeća uveden tzv. regel model upravljanja. U Hrvatskoj je situacija raznolika kada se govori o vlasničkoj strukturi klubova, o modelima upravljanja, ali i o pravnim oblicima u kojima klubovi djeluju.
Ovaj rad opisat će i objasniti razne načine djelovanja sportskih klubova i diskutirati o najtrofejnijem hrvatskom nogometnom klubu – GNK Dinamu. Cijeli ustroj i poslovanje GNK Dinama bit će prikazani kroz primjere i analizu prednosti i nedostataka takvih modela upravljanja. Napravljena je i SWOT analiza Dinama kao udruge kako bi se definirale prilike i prednosti, ali i mane i prijetnje takvog ustroja kluba. Cilj rada je opisati sve modele upravljanja klubom koji su primjenjivi na Dinamo i kroz koje faze bi klub morao proći kako bi došao do određenih modela upravljanja.

Abstract (english)

Different models of sports clubs management thave various effects on their success in business and sports activities. Every league in Europe has its features and different structure and club management models. In Spain, „socios“ model is dominant and in German Bundesliga, regel management model was introduced in the late 1990s. The situation is diverse in Croatia when it comes to ownership structure, management models and legal forms of operating sports clubs.
This paper will describe and explain different ways of operating a sports club and discuss about the club with most trophies in Croatia – GNK Dinamo. Overall structure and club business will be presented through examples and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of such management models. SWOT analysis was made to define strengths and opportunities but also weaknesses and threats of this management model. The aim of this paper is to describe all club management models which are applicable to Dinamo and what stages the club would have to go through in order to reach certain management models.
