Jedan od njih je i posturalni poremećaj od kojih je najčešći onaj koji se da primijetiti u odstupanju u sagitalnoj ravnini, odnosno kifotično loše držanje. U ovom diplomskom radu opisati će se mogući pravci u korekciji kifotičnog lošeg držanja, kao najčešćeg posturalnog problema današnjice. Zatim će se objasniti specifičnosti vodenog medija u smislu korištenja istog u terapijske svrhe te će se prezentirati mogućnosti provođenja kineziterapije u vodi sa svrhom korekcije kifotičnog lošeg držanja. Cilj ovog rada je opisati dobrobiti korištenja vodenog medija zajedno s programom vježbanja u vodi kao učinkovitom metodom ispravljanja posturalnih problema koji sve češće zahvaćaju mlađu populaciju, ali i starije ako se ti problemi na vrijeme ne uoče i isprave. Specifično, opisati će se primjer hidrokineziterapijskog programa za korekciju kifotičnog lošeg držanja.
Abstract (english) Increasing physical inactivity and sedentary lifestyles either due to work, school or leisure in all age groups are causing various health problems. One of them is postural disorder, the most common of which is the one that can be noticed in the deviation in the sagittal plane, ie kyphotic poor posture. This thesis will describe possible directions in the correction of kyphotic bad posture, as the most common postural problem of today. Then, the specifics of the aqueous medium in terms of its use for therapeutic purposes will be explained, and the possibilities of conducting kinesitherapy in water with the purpose of correcting kyphotic poor posture will be presented. The aim of this paper is to describe the benefits of using water media together with a water exercise program as an effective method of correcting postural problems that increasingly affect the younger population, but also the elderly if these problems are not noticed and corrected in time. Specifically, an example of a hydrokinesitherapy program for the correction of kyphotic poor posture will be described.
