Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je provjeriti je li u prostorno ograničenim uvjetima agilnost nogometaša moguće unaprijediti unapređenjem eksplozivne snage tipa skočnosti. Kako bi se potvrdila navedena teza, mladi dječaci nogometaši podvrgnuti su testu vertikalne skočnosti i testu agilnosti, dok se obradom dobivenih podataka pokušala utvrditi međusobna povezanost tih dviju varijabli. Kod mladih dječaka nogometaša eksplozivnu snagu donjih ekstremiteta trebalo je procijeniti testiranjem skočnosti, dok je njihovu agilnost trebalo procijeniti testiranjem sposobnosti brze promjene smjera kretanja. Skupina ispitanika za ovo istraživanje sastojala se od 20 mladih i zdravih dječaka nogometaša starosti 13,85 ± 0,93 godina, prosječne tjelesne visine od 167,55 ± 8,77 cm i prosječne tjelesne mase od 50,00 ± 9,84 kg. Ispitanicima su najprije izmjerene morfološke karakteristike kroz visinu tijela (ALVT) i tjelesnu masu (AVTT). Za procjenu navedenih motoričkih sposobnosti korištena su dva testa: „Sargentov test vertikalne skočnosti” (SAR1) za procjenu eksplozivne snage i „test 93639 s okretom za 180 stupnjeva” (93639OK) za procjenu agilnosti. Za obradu podataka korištena je korelacija, kojom se nastojala utvrditi linearna povezanost rezultata dviju standardiziranih varijabli. Pearsonov koeficijent korelacije rezultata za testove SAR1 i 93639OK iznosio je −0,4121 uz statističku pogrešku od 0,71. Iako upućuju na to da postoji tendencija negativnoj korelaciji između rezultata testa SAR1 i testa 93639O, dobiveni rezultati nisu statistički značajni, što navodi na zaključak da eksplozivna snaga nije izravno povezana s agilnošću kod dječaka nogometaša u pubertetu. Određeni ograničavajući faktori i rezultati dosadašnjih istraživanja upućuju na to da je potrebno provesti daljnja istraživanja na navedenu temu da bi rezultati bili relevantni.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was to determine whether it was possible, under space constraints, to improve the agility of football players by improving their explosive jumping power. To confirm the presented thesis, data was processed to determine if there was any correlation between these two motor abilities in young football players who underwent a vertical jump test and an agility test. Lower limb explosive power and agility of young football players needed to be assessed by testing their jumping ability and their ability to quickly change direction, respectively. The sample for this research comprised 20 young football players aged 13,85±0,93 with an average height of 167,55±8,77 cm and average weight of 50,00±9,84 kg. To evaluate their morphological characteristics, their body height (ALVT) and body weight (ALTT) were measured. To evaluate their motor abilities, two tests were used: the „Sargent vertical jump test” (SAR1) to assess explosive power and the „93639 test with a 180 degree turn” (93639OK) to assess agility. Correlation was used as the data processing method to establish a linear connection between two standardized variables. The Pearson correlation coefficient calculated for the tests concerned was –0,4121 with a statistical error of 0.71. Although they indicate a tendency towards a negative correlation between the test results of SAR1 and 93639OK, the obtained results are not statistically significant, leading to the conclusion that there is no direct correlation between explosive power and agility in young football players in puberty. Certain limiting factors as well as the results of existing research indicate that further research on this topic is needed to obtain conclusive results.
