Abstract
Godišnji ciklus treninga u bodybuildingu planira se i programira u okviru dva trenažna makrociklusa. To podrazumijeva dva perioda kojima je cilj izgraditi što vecu i proporcionalnu mišicnu masu, dva perioda kojima je cilj redukcija potkožnog masnog tkiva te dva natjecateljska perioda koji podrazumijevaju održavanje postignute forme odredeni vremenski period. S obzirom na kompleksnost postizanja forme za bodybuilding natjecanja, potreban je detaljno razradeni plan i program navedenih makrociklusa. Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati i opisati godišnji ciklus treninga za bodyfitness natjecateljice, kao jedne bodybuilding kategorije. Zatim, navesti intenzitet, ekstenzitet i vrste trenažnog rada te trenažne operatore koji se mijenjaju s obzirom na period pocetne i završne faze priprema. Takoder, navesti principe odgovarajuce prehrane i suplementacije kao jedne od najbitnijih stavki u pripremi za bodybuilding natjecanje. Kako bi što bolje razumjeli koliko se ženske kategorije razlikuju od muških, pojašnjeni su kriteriji ocjenjivanja bodyfitness kategorije te fiziološke razlike izmedu spolova i na koji nacin one utjecu na pripremu žena za bodybuilding natjecanje.

Annual training cycle in bodybuilding is planed and programed in a framework that consists of two macrocycles. That comprises two periods which are aiming to build as more and proportionate muscle mass, two periods aiming to reduce body fat and two competitive periods which include the maintenance of the achieved shape certain period of time. Given the complexity of getting in shape for bodybuilding competitions, one competitor requires a detailed plan and program of the macrocycles. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to show and describe the annual cycle of training for bodyfitness competitors, as one of the bodybuilding categories. Indicate intensity, extensity and types of training work which varies according to the period of the initial and final stages of preparation. Also the principles of proper nutrition and supplementation as one of the most important items to prepare for a bodybuilding competition. To better understand how women differ from men's categories, criteries for assessing bodyfitness category are explained, also as physiological differences between the sexes and how they affect the preparation of women for bodybuilding competition.
