Abstract

Lumbalna stabilnost nužna je za svakodnevno normalno čovjekovo funkcioniranje, a važnost uloge trupa za lumbalnu stabilnost kod nogometaša nakon određenog se razdoblja pokazala od velike važnosti. Također, ona je preduvjet za uspješne nogometaše, njihovu uspješnost i učinkovitost. Iako se veliki broj radova bavi lumbalnom stabilnošću, kada je riječ o proučavanju lumbalne stabilnosti u specifičnim uvjetima pojedinog sporta literatura je nešto skromnija, iako je sve veći interes za ovu temu. Stoga će se u ovom radu pažnja posvetiti upravo lumbalnoj stabilnosti nogometaša. Cilj je ovog diplomskog rada objasniti zašto je važna stabilnost trupa, a naglasak je stavljen na jakost i stabilnost nogometaša. Potrebno je i istaknuti da veća lumbalna stabilnost omogućuje istaknutiju biomehaničku funkciju da bi ljudski organizam mogao proizvoditi maksimalnu silu, a prema tomu i ublažiti opterećenje koje ima na zglobove kralježnice. Lumbalna stabilnost temelj je za uspješne i vrhunske rezultate kod nogometaša, stoga će se u ovomu radu govoriti o njezinom značaju, funkciji i ulogama u životu sportaša, točnije nogometaša. Također, dat će se i uvid u program za vježbanje za razvoj lumbalne stabilnosti nogometaša te će se opisati postupci i vježbe kojima se lumbalna stabilnost može regenerirati i rehabilirati. Na kraju svega navedenog dat će se zaključak zašto je važna lumbalna stabilnost kod nogometaša te kako ju općenito poboljšati i razvijati.

Abstract (english)

Lumbar stability is necessary for the daily normal functioning of a person, and the significant function of the trunk for stability and force generation in soccer players has proven to be of great importance over time. Also, it is a prerequisite for successful soccer players, their success and efficiency. Nowadays, there is an extremely small number of papers devoted to the importance of lumbar stability in soccer players, so this paper will focus on that. So, I will explain why the body is important, and the emphasis is placed on the strength and stability of football players. It is also important to point out that greater stability of the trunk enables more efficient biomechanical function so that the human body can generate maximum force and thus reduce the load on the joint. Lumbar stability is the basis for successful and top results in soccer players, so this paper will talk about its significance, function and roles in the life of an athlete, more specifically a soccer player. Also, an insight into the training program for the development of lumbar stability of soccer players will be given, and the procedures and exercises that can be used to regenerate and rehabilitate trunk stability will be described.
