Abstract

U ovom radu prikazan je postoperativni postupak rehabilitacije nakon ugradnje
endoproteze zgloba kuka koji bi u što kraće vrijeme trebao pridonijeti poboljšanju
pacijentovih svakodnevnih aktivnosti. Rehabilitacija predstavlja dugotrajan proces u kojem je
važno utjecati na kontinuiranost i disciplinu rada kako bi rezultati bili što kvalitetniji. Pritom
valja uzeti u obzir svaki slučaj individualno jer se razlikuju prema starosnoj dobi pacijenata,
stupnju oštećenja, anatomskoj strukturi zgloba kuka te prijašnjim bolesnima i operacijama te
prije svega prema vrsti endoproteze. Program rehabilitacije detaljno je opisan od prvog
postoperativnog dana do uspostave svih funkcija u zglobu kuka.

Abstract (english)

In this graduation thesis it is represented a postoperative precedure after the
implantation of endoprosthesis in the hip-joint, which should contribute to the improvement
of pacient's daily activities at short notice. The rehabilitation is a long-term process during
which is extremely important to maintain continuity and discipline during work, in order to
gain the best possible results. While doing so, one should take into consideration each case
indiviudually, as they differ widely according to a pacient's age, level of damage, an anatomic
structure of the joint, fomer diseases and surgeries; and most of all, according to a type of
endoprothesis. The rehabilitation program is minutely described from the first postoperative
day to the re-establishment of all the functions in the hip-joint.
