Abstract

Nogometna infrastruktura izrazito je važan čimbenik u unaprjeđivanju razvoja nogometa. Kako bi se razvijali potencijalni vrhunski sportaši i uključivalo što više rekreativaca, a posebno djece i mladih, potrebno je razraditi određene parametre. Predmet istraživanja ovog završnog rada jest utvrđivanje postojećeg stanja nogometnih igrališta u Gradu Zagrebu sa sveobuhvatnom statistikom i smjernicama za stvaranje boljih uvjeta. U prvom dijelu rada analiziran je prikaz ukupnog broja nogometnih igrališta na području gradskih četvrti sa statističkim podacima o broju stanovnika i površinama istih, upravljačima, imovinsko-pravnim odnosima, kategorizacijama, dimenzijama glavnih i pomoćnih terena sa pratećim sadržajima poput podloge koje se koriste, raspolažu li rasvjetom, kapacitetom sjedećih mjesta te za koju natjecateljsku ligu, prema standardima Hrvatskog nogometnog saveza zadovoljavaju uvjete. U drugom dijelu prikazani su podaci o klubovima upravljačima sa registriranim dobnim kategorijama i objektivnim potrebama za trenažni proces u omjeru sa infrastrukturom kojom raspolažu. Treći dio prikazuje podatke o financijama, odnosno visinu iznosa sredstava koja Grad Zagreb izdvaja za nogometna igrališta putem Programa za korištenje drugih sportskih objekata za trening i obuku sportaša paralelno sa prethodnim godinama te realizacija investicija kroz kapitalna ulaganja i održavanja. Rad će poslužiti kao podloga za prezentaciju, a preporuka ovog istraživanja jest da se pomnije i temeljitije pristupa planiranju unaprjeđivanja postojećih nogometnih igrališta, potencijalnu izgradnju novih te da se uzmu u obzir svi navedeni parametri i potrebe klubova kako bi razvoj nogometa u Gradu Zagrebu bio na nivou koji dolikuje glavnom gradu države koja je aktualni viceprvak svijeta.

Abstract (english)

Football infrastructure is an extremely important factor in improving the development of football. In order to develop the potential of top athletes and include as many recreational players as possible, especially children and young people, it is necessary to work out certain parameters. The subject of this final thesis is to determine the current state of football fields in the City of Zagreb with comprehensive statistics and guidelines for creating better conditions. In the first part of the paper, the presentation of the total number of football fields in the area of the city quarter was analyzed with statistical data on the number of inhabitants and their areas, managers, property-legal relations, categorizations, dimensions of the main and auxiliary fields with accompanying content such as the surfaces that are used, available or lighting, seating capacity and for which competitive league, according to the standards of the Croatian Football Association, they meet the conditions. In the second part, data are presented on the management clubs with registered age categories and the objective needs for the training process in proportion to the infrastructure at their disposal. The third part shows data on finances, i.e. the amount of funds that the City of Zagreb allocates for football fields through the Program for the use of other sports facilities for training and training of athletes in parallel with previous years, and the realization of investments through capital investments and maintenance. The work will serve as a basis for the presentation, and the recommendation of this research is to take a more careful and thorough approach to planning the improvement of existing football fields, the potential construction of new ones, and to take into account all the mentioned parameters and the needs of the clubs, so that the development of football in the City of Zagreb is at the level which befits the capital of the country that is the current vice-champion of the world.
