Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno se razraĊuje završna faza kineziterapijskog programa nakon rekonstrukcije prednje ukriţene sveze. Glavni cilj diplomskog rada je opisati završnu fazu kineziterapijskog programa nakon rupture prednje ukriţene sveze (LCA). Kompletni tijek rehabilitacije od ozljede prednje ukriţene sveze sastoji se od dvije faze. Prva faza koja obuhvaća predoperativnu rehabilitaciju i kojoj je cilj pripremiti ozljeĊenu osobu za operaciju te završna faza koja obuhvaća kineziterapijski program postoperativne rehabilitacije. Postoperativni dio dijeli se na tri faze: od operacije do hoda, od hoda do trĉanja i od trĉanja to povratka na teren.
Cilj ove završne faze je osposobiti osobu za aktivnosti svakodnevnog ţivota ili za normalnu sportsku aktivnost.

Abstract (english)

This thesis elaborates in detail the final stage of the kineziterapeutic programme after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. Tha main purpose of this thesis is to describe the final stage of the kineziterapeutic programme after the cruciate ligament rupture. The complete course of rehabilitation from the injury of the anterior crucial ligament consists of two stages. The first stage comprises of a preoperative rehabilitation whose aim is to prepare the injured person for surgery. The final stage comprises of a kinefiterapeutical programme of post-operative rehabilitation. The post-operative stage is divided into three phases: from surgery to walking, from walking to running and from running to returning to the court.
The objective of the final phase is to prepare and train a person for daily activities or normal sports activity.
