Abstract

Glavni cilj ovoga rada bio je fokusirati se na nogometne ozljede, odnosno na ozljedu stražnje
strane mišića natkoljenice kod nogometaša. Posebno iz razloga jer je ova vrsta ozljede u
nogometu vrlo česta, te je bitno definirati uzroke koji mogu dovesti do ozljede, ali i prikazati
načine na koje se ozljede stražnje strane mišića natkoljenice kod nogometaša mogu spriječiti,
odnosno barem donekle umanjiti. Osim toga, cilj je također dati do znanja da bez obzira što je
ova vrsta ozljede dosta česta, važno ju je ne zanemariti, već pokušati umanjiti mogućnost
njezine pojave.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this thesis was to focus on the football injuries, to be more specific, on the
hamstring injuries suffered by football players. These injuries are of great interest because of
the great frequency they appear in football. Consequently, it is essential to define all the
causes that can lead to the injury, as well as to show how the hamstring injuries can be
prevented or, at least, minimized. Furthermore, the goal was also to state that this kind of
injury should not be neglected, no matter how common it is, and its appearance should be
reduced.
