Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je opisati i objasniti „ Pole dance fitnes“ kao inovaciju u svijetu sporta i tjelesnog vježbanja. Promatranjem ovog sporta došlo je do mnogih zanimljivih zaključaka vezanih uz inovacije u sportu. Na razini energetskih sustava i lokomotronog sustava uvidjeli smo neke promjene u odnosu na slične sportove danas. Abstract (english)

The aim of this diploma thesis was to describe and explan „Pole Dance fitness“ as an innovation in the world of sports an physicas exercise. By observing this sport we have come to many interesting conclusions related to innovations in sports. At the level of the energy systemn and the locomotor system, we saw some changes compared to similar sports today. As the 21st century changed everything, changed sport and sporting events, there was an increase of speed, coordination and... More other motor skills. Pole dance is just a sport where you can see al the changes and innovations.
