Abstract

U ovom radu će se raspravljati o raznovrsnim neurološkim poremećajima koji ugrožavaju ljudske motoričke sposobnosti. Opisat će se uzroci i posljedice neuroloških problema te kako elektrostimulacija može pomoći pri ubrzavanju rehabilitacijskih procesa. Navest će se razne vrste elektrostimulacijskih metoda i njihove važnosti i dobrobiti korištenja u rehabilitacijskom procesu te kod kojih određenih motoričkih poremećaja bi se koja koristila. Objasnit će se kako svaka metode djeluje na ljudsko tijelo. Zatim će se dotaknuti važnost korištenja elektrostimulacijske metode u kombinaciji sa kineziterapijskim programima za vrijeme samog tretmana.

Abstract (english)

This paper will discuss various neurological disorders that cause deficits in human motor function. It will describe the causes and consequences of neurological problems, and describe how electrical stimulation can serve to speed up the rehabilitation process. Various types of electrical stimulation will be looked at, as well as their clinical significance, and their benefits to the rehabilitation processes for particular diseases. The manner in which each method affects the human body will also be explained. The importance of using electrical stimulation methods in combination with physical therapy programs during treatment will also be discussed.
