Abstract

Ozljeda meniska je druga po učestalosti ozljeda u hokeju na travi. Iznosi 17 % sveukupnih ozljeda hokejaša koja je prema Hanžeku najčešće izazvana udarcem palice ili loptice u tijelo (45 %) i to najćešće zbog nepažnje protivnika potom nepažnje samog igrača. Budući da ova ozljeda često dolazi i s oštećenjem drugih mekih tkiva u koljenu, trajanje rehabilitacije te povratak u sport i natjecanje variraju. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati anatomiju koljena, navesti rizične faktore nastanka ozljede i njihove mehanizme u hokeju te prikazati dijagnostičke postupke. Također, cilj je definirati svaku fazu rehabilitacije do potpunog oporavka i povratka hokejaša u natjecanje.

Abstract (english)

Injury of meniscus is second most common injury in field hockey. Injury of meniscus makes up to 17 % of all injuries of hockey players which is, according to Hanžek, most commonly caused by hit with the stick or the ball in the body (45 %) and the most because of the errors of opponents then because of negligence of the player. Since this injury often comes with other injuries of soft tissue in the knee, duration of rehabilitation and return in sport and competition varies. The aim of this study is to show anatomy of the knee, lead risk factors of injury and there mechanisms of the injuries in field hockey and to display diagnostic procedures. Also , the aim is to define each phase of rehabilitation until full recovery and returning hockey player into the competition.
