Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati sadržaje team buildinga pogodne za korporativne djelatnike. Rad u velikim kompanijama je stresan, zahtjevan i od djelatnika traži neprestani angažman, visoku razinu koncentracije, znanje, iziskuje brzo donošenje odluka, jer o njihovoj sposobnosti ovisi korporacija. Stoga je kvalitetna radna atmosfera jedan od ključnih elemenata uspjeha svakog djelatnika i poslovanja korporacije. Ovaj rad prikazuje brojne sportsko-rekreacijske i druge sadržaje pogodne za razvoj koncentracije i poslovnog zadovoljstva svakog djelatnika korporacije.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this graduate thesis is to present team building facilities suitable for corporate employees. Work in big companies is stressful, demanding and requires actors to engage in uninterrupted engagement, high level of concentration, knowledge, prompt decision making because their ability depends on the corporation. Therefore, a quality working atmosphere is one of the key elements of success. This thesis presents numerous sports and recreational and other facilities suitable for the development of concentration and business satisfaction. Therefore, a quality working atmosphere is one of the key elements of the success of every employee and business of the corporation. This graduate presents a number of sports and recreational and other facilities suitable for the development of concentration and business satisfaction of any corporate employee.
