Abstract

Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 67 košarkaškašica i košarkaša, točnije 25 juniorki i 42 juniora, odabranih da predstavljaju nacionalnu vrstu. Cilj istraživanja je usporediti i analizirati razlike u testovima agilnosti kod grupa juniorki i grupa juniora u razdoblju od dvije godine. Testiranje agilnosti provedeno je testovima: 20yardi, koraci u stranu i T-test. Rezultati testova obrađeni su programskim paketom Statistica for pc, dok se pri usporedbi grupa ispitanika koristio T-test (test za nezavisne uzorke). Provedeno istraživanje dokazuje da postoji razlika u rezultatima između grupa juniorki i grupa juniora, dok je statistički značajna razlika utvrđena samo u jednom testu agilnosti (T-testu) i to kod ženske populacije. Najveći razlog razlikama u testovima možemo potražiti u morfološkim karakteristikama i u različitom stupnju usavršenosti tipičnih agilnih kretnji.

Abstract (english)

The research was conducted on a sample of 67 basketball player, specifically 25 female and 42 male, selected to represent junior national team. The aim of the study is to compare and analyze differences in agility tests for female groups and male junior groups in a period of two years. Agility testing was performed by tests: 20 yard test, side steps test and T-drill test. The test results are processed with a program package Statistica for pc, while the T-test (independent sample test) was used to compare the groups of respondents. The conducted research proves that there is a difference in the results between female groups and male groups, while the statistically significant difference was determined only in one agility test (T- drill) in the female population. The biggest reason for the differences in the tests can be found in morphological characteristics and in different degree of refinement for typical agile movements.
