Abstract

Vodeći javnozdravstveni problemi su tjelesna neaktivnost i pretilost koji sve više zahvaćaju mlađu populaciju. Tjelesna neaktivnost čimbenik je koji utječe na razvoj bolesti, smanjenje kvalitete i dugovječnosti života. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati vježbe za donje ekstremitete koje se koristite za aktivaciju nogu nakon dugotrajnog sjedenja, za njihovo jačanje i istezanje, a navedene varijante pojedinih vježbi omogućuju prilagodbu istih prema vlastitom stanju pojedinca s obzirom na njegove individualne mogućnosti.

Abstract (english)

The leading public health problems are physical inactivity and obesity and increasingly affect the younger population. Physical inactivity is a factor that affects the development of the disease, decreasing the quality and longevity of life. The aim of this paper is to show the exercises for the lower extremities used to activate the leg after long-term sitting, for strengthening and stretching, and the variants of individual exercises allow them to adapt to the individual's own condition with regard to its individual possibilities.
