Abstract | Energetska potrošnja i učinkovitost kretnih struktura vrlo su bitni segmenti sportske pripreme. Optimizacija modaliteta lokomocije i energetske potrošnje može u određenim sportskim aktivnostima dati minimalnu prednost koja se ostvaruje kao bolji sportski rezultat. Mjerenjem energetske potrošnje lokomocije dobiva se uvid u stanje i kapacitete energetskih procesa sportaša prilikom kretanja. Cilj: Cilj ovog istraživanja je analizirati razlike u energetskoj potrošnji pri istoj brzini kretanja, a u različitim modalitetima lokomocije (frontalno kretanje, bočno dokoračno kretanje i kretanje unatraške) te analizirati razlike u energetskoj potrošnji pri različitoj brzini kretanja, a u istom modalitetu lokomocije. Metode Rada: U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 16 ispitanika muškog spola (DOB 23±1,40 god., VISINA 182,8±6,64 cm, TEŽINA 79,73±9,14 kg) te su svi ispitanici studenti Kineziološkog fakulteta u Zagrebu. Svi ispitanici su odradili testiranje koje se sastojalo od 3 segmenta: mjerenja osnovnih morfoloških dimenzija te provedbe protokola za mjerenje aerobnog kapaciteta (KF1) i protokola za provjeru energetske potrošnje (SS5MIN) pri 4 različite brzine kretanja u 6 različitih vremenskih točaka. Analizirana je razlika između parametara za procjenu aerobnog energetskog kapaciteta i energetske potrošnje pri kretanju istom brzinom a različitim modalitetom lokomocije u pojedinom protokolu te pri kretanju različitom brzinom a istim modalitetom lokomocije kroz sve protokole. Rezultati: ANOVA ukazuje da postoje statistički značajne razlike u energetskoj potrošnji pri istoj brzini kretanja, a u različitim modalitetima lokomocije te da statistički značajne razlike u energetskoj potrošnji postoje i pri različitoj brzini kretanja, a u istom modalitetu lokomocije. Zaključak: Mijenjanje modaliteta lokomocije dovodi do promjene razine energetske potrošnje sportaša. Također promjenom modaliteta lokomocije sportaš mijenja i zonu energetskog opterećenja. Poznavanje navedenih procesa omogućuje specifično i svrsishodno planiranje, programiranje i provođenje sportskog treninga s ciljem poboljšanja sportskih rezultata.

Parallel abstract (English) | Energy consumption and locomotion efficiency are very important parts of training process in sport. Optimization of different types of locomotion and energy consumption can, in certain sports, provide a minimum benefit that is realized as a better result. By measuring energy consumption of locomotion one gets insight into the condition and capacity of athletes energy processes during movement. Aim: The aim of this study is to analyze differences in energy consumption at the same speed of movement in different modalities of locomotion (frontal movement, lateral movement and moving backwards), and to analyze differences in energy consumption at different speed of movement in the same mode of locomotion. Methods: The study included 16 male subjects (AGE 23+1,40 yr., HEIGHT 182,8+6,64 cm, WEIGHT 79,73+9,14 kg), and all subjects are students of the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb. All of them went through the entire testing process, which consisted of three parts: measurement of basic morphological dimensions and implementation of protocol for measuring aerobic capacity (KF1) and protocol for testing energy consumption (SS5MIN) at 6 different time points. The difference between parameters for aerobic capacity and energy consumption assessment when moving at the same speed and in different modalities of locomotion in a particular protocol and when moving at different speed and in same mode of locomotion for all protocols has been analyzed. Results: ANOVA indicates that there are statistically significant differences in energy consumption at the same speed of movement in different modalities of locomotion. Also, there are statistically significant differences in energy consumption at different speed of movement in the same mode of locomotion. Conclusion: Changing modes of locomotion leads to changes in level of athletes energy consumption. Also, when changing modes of locomotion athlete changes functional load zone. Knowledge of these processes allows specific and purposeful planning, programming and application of training to improve athletic performance. |
