Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog rada je prikaz programa rehabilitacije i prevencije aduktorskih ozljeda prepona u vrhunskom nogometu. Jedna od najčešćih nekontaktnih ozljeda u nogometu je aduktorska ozljeda prepone. Visoka stopa obnavljanja ozljede ukazuje na složenost problematike prevencije i rehabilitacije preponske regije i aduktorskih ozljeda povezanih s tom regijom, ali i distalno od prepone. U ovom radu bavit ćemo se etiologijom, mehanizmima i rizicima ozljeđivanja u nogometu, kao i užoj preponskoj regiji, postojećim globalnim prevencijskim protokolima i dati prijedlog rehabilitacije akutne ozljede aduktora zajedno sa predloškom prevencijskog protokola na sličan način kako je već naveden u literaturi.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this paper is to present a rehabilitation and prevention programs for adductor related groin injuries in top level football. One of the most common non contact injures in modern football is adductor related groin injury. High rates of injury reccurence in this region reflect a complex pathology and prehab protocols in adductor related groin injury, proximally and distally from the region down the medial thigh. This paper reviews ethiology, injury risks and mechanisms in football and in groin area, existing prevention programs in literature and presents its own rehab protocol for acute adductor injury together with prevention protocol as seen in literature.
