Abstract

Košarkaška dijagnostika obuhvaća različite metode i tehnike na osnovu kojih se može izvršiti procjena cjelokupnog kondicijsko – motoričkog statusa igrača. Korištenjem odgovarajućih dijagnostičkih mjernih uređaja i alata procjenjuje se zdravstvena, antropometrijska, funkcionalna, motorička, sociološka, kognitivna, konativna i tehničkotaktička komponenta košarkaša. Za svaku od komponenti neophodno je izvršiti testiranje koje treba provesti u odgovarajućim uvjetima, uz pomoć metrijsko validnih instrumenata i prisustva stručnih lica. Dijagnostičke procedure u košarci čine proces koji se sastoji od planiranja i organizacije testiranja, realizacije testiranja i na kraju evaluacije dobivenih rezultata na osnovu kojih slijede koraci planiranja i programiranja treninga. Za potrebe ovog rada biti će govora samo o dijagnostici funkcionalnih i motoričkih komponenti košarkaša.

Abstract (english)

Basketball diagnostics include different methods and techniques based on which an assessment of the overall fitness and motor status of the player can be performed. Using the appropriate diagnostic measuring instruments and tools, the health, anthropometric, functional, motor, sociological, cognitive, conative and technical-tactical components of the basketball team are evaluated. For each of the components it is necessary to carry out the tests under appropriate conditions, with the help of metrically valid instruments and the presence of experts. Diagnostic procedures in basketball consist of a process that includes planning and organization of testing, testing realization and evaluation of the obtained results based on which follow the planning and training programming steps. For the purpose of this paper, only the diagnosis of functional and motor abilities of basketball players will be discussed.
