Abstract

Suvremeni je nogomet aktivnost acikličkog karaktera u kojoj se izmjenjuju nagla ubrzanja i usporavanja, nagle promjene smjerova, veliki broj skokova i doskoka, veliki broj duela s protivničkim igračima te općenito vrlo velika prijeđena udaljenost, redovito preko 10 kilometara. Takve aktivnosti tijekom cijele sezone, pa i karijere ostavljaju traga na lokomotornom sustavu koji je podložan toliko velikim naprezanjima da se jedva stigne oporaviti prije sljedeće aktivnosti jačeg intenziteta. Zaboravlja se kako je upravo odmor bitan kako bi sportaši izbjegli ozljede koje se danas najčešće pojavljuju, vezane uz traume ili bez traume. Ukoliko su traumatske, obično se radi o ozljedama gornjih ekstremiteta u vidu dislokacija većih zglobova ili iščašenja manjih. Ozljede donjih ekstremiteta manje su vezane uz kontakt te se dakle ne radi o traumatskim ozljedama. Tu su izraženi sindromi prenaprezanja kao što su bolna prepona primjerice te za čiji je oporavak nužno potreban odmor kao prva metoda konzervativnog liječenja, te nakon toga prilagodna aktivnosti u smislu vrste i intenziteta treninga sve dok igrač osjeća simptome. Ukoliko se takvo opterećenje odnosi na kost, kao posljedica će nastati mikrofrakture što će u konačnici rezultirati prijelomom zamora što, osim što dovodi do dugog izostanka igrača s terena, nosi i dugotrajne posljedice te povećanu šansu za ponovni nastanak različitih oštećenja te samim time smanjenja funkcije.

Abstract (english)

Modern football is an acyclic character characterized by sudden accelerations and slowdowns, sudden changes in direction, a large number of jumps and jumps, a large number of duels with opponents, and generally a very large overtaking distance, regularly over 10 kilometers. Such activities throughout the season and career leave a trace on a locomotive system that is subject to so much stress that it hardly gets to recover before the next intense activity activity. It is forgotten that vacation is essential in order for athletes to avoid the most commonly occurring injuries, trauma or trauma. If they are traumatic, it is usually an injury to the upper extremities in the form of dislocation of larger joints or shifts of smaller ones. Lower extremity injuries are less related to contact and therefore are not about traumatic injuries. There are pronounced over-indulgence syndromes such as painful sores, for example, whose recovery necessarily requires rest as the first method of conservative treatment, followed by adaptive activities in terms of the type and intensity of the training as long as the player feels the symptoms. If such a burden applies to the bone, micro fractures will result, ultimately resulting in a fracture which , apart from causing the long absence of the player from the field, also has long-term consequences and an increased chance of reoccurrence of various damage, thereby reducing the function
