Abstract

Brojni su pozitivni uĉinci tjelovjeţbe na ljudski organizam, koji imaju kljuĉnu ulogu u funkcioniranju, odrţavanju, reguliranju, i prevenciji bolesti. Planirana, kontrolirana, i redovita fiziĉka aktivnost djeluje jednako i u razdoblju graviditeta, kada se javlja mnoštvo promjena u psihofiziĉkom stanju ţene. Rezultati tjelesne aktivnosti u trudnoći, koji će biti opisani u ovome radu, vidljivi su u adaptaciji na tjelesne promjene, zatim pri smanjenju komplikacija koje se mogu javiti tijekom gestacije i samog poroda, te u rastu i razvoju djeteta od zaĉeća do vremena postnatalne skrbi. Prije same provedbe vjeţbanja, trudnica treba proći kroz individualnu procjenu, pravila i smjernice koje osiguravaju optimalne uvjete rada, prikladne metode i tehnike te prilagoĊenu frekvenciju, tip, intenzitet i trajanje specifiĉne vjeţbe, definirane po odreĊenom tromjeseĉju. Zajedno sa rezultatima, bit će iznesene i razlike tjelesno aktivnih budućih majki od tjelesno neaktivnih, i prijedlog treninga koji se moţe provoditi u svakom tromjeseĉju.

Abstract (english)

There are numerous positive effects of physical exercise on the human body, which play a key role in the operation, maintenance, management and disease prevention. Well planned, controlled, and regular physical activity is valid the same way in the period of pregnancy when there is a lot of change in the psycho-physical condition of women. The results of physical activity during pregnancy, which will be described in this paper, are shown in the adaptation to body changes, also by reducing complications that can occur during pregnancy and birth, then in the growth and development of the child from conception to the postnatal care. Before the exercise, a pregnant woman must go through an individual assessment, rules and guidelines, which provide optimal working conditions, appropriate methods and techniques, suitable frequency, type, intensity and duration of specific exercises defined for specific trimester. Together with the results, the differences between physically active and inactive mothers will be determined, and suggestions for training which can be conducted in every trimester.
