Abstract
U ovom će se diplomskom radu prikazati kako izvršiti selekciju djece, potencijalnih vrhunskih sportaša, za izabrani sport - tenis. Obzirom na to da tijekom sportskoga obrazovanja tenisača postoje principi i pravila koja treba poštovati kako bi pojedinac ostvario svoje potencijale u dugoročnoj sportskoj specijalizaciji. U ovom se radu žele pojasniti senzitivne faze razvoja koje je teško nadoknaditi ako se propusti unapređenje sposobnosti u kronološkoj i biološkoj dobi u kojoj je optimalno razvijati njihove kapacitete.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis we have a selection of children of potential athletes for selected sports tennis. Through its sports education there are principles and rules that need to be respected in order to realize its potential in long-term sports specialization, sensible stages of development that are difficult to overcome if the chronological and biological abilities of those skills are subject to training.
