Abstract

Uz pojam nogomet, kao najpopularnije i najrazvijenije sportske igre, često se veže i pojam „najvažnija sporedna stvar na svijetu“. Nogomet spada u kompleksnu sportsku aktivnost koju obilježava veliki broj struktura gibanja i struktura situacija kojima se realizira igra. U zadnjih trideset godina nogomet doživljava veliki razvoj i to ne samo kao sport, nego je postao dio kulture, umjetnosti, biznisa i politike nekog naroda. Nogomet igraju djeca, mladi, odrasli i stari, njime se bave i muškarci i žene, a realizira se na više nivoa kvalitete – od igrača amatera, do igrača profesionalaca. Taj razvoj prate i sve veći zahtjevi i opterećenja kojima su izloženi nogometaši tijekom treninga i natjecanja. Početkom 20.stoljeća, u Hrvatskoj nešto kasnije, javljaju se prve škole nogometa u svijetu. Klubovi sve više uviđaju važnost sustavnog rada sa mlađim dobnim kategorijama pa se broj škola nogometa sve više povećava. Jedna od njih je i Škola nogometa NK Pregrada čija je strategija razvoja prikazana u ovom radu. Uz samu organizaciju škole, prikazani su i osnovni ciljevi te načela rada unutar škole, a sustavno je i razrađen program tehničke, taktičke i kondicijske pripreme. U zadnjih 15 godina jako je malo literature koja se tiče samih škola nogometa pa će ovaj rad pomoći sportskim djelatnicima pri organizaciji škola nogometa, a trenerima nogometa prilikom planiranja i programiranja rada unutar pojedinih uzrasnih kategorija.

Abstract (english)

Football as most popular and most developed sports game is often connected with term “Amongst all unimportant subjects, football is by far the most important.” Football belongs to complex sport activity and is characterized with many motions and situations through which the game is defined. In the last thirty years football is experiencing huge development, not just as a sport, but as part of culture, art, business and politics of many nations. Football is played by kids, youth, adults and elder, both men and women on different quality levels - from amateurs to professionals. This development is followed by even bigger demands and expectation which requires players to put more effort during the training process and matches. First football schools were established in the beginning of 20th century and few years later in Croatia as well. The expansion of football schools began when football clubs realized the importance of developing and working with youngsters. One of them is School of football in FC Pregrada whose development strategy is shown in this paper, alongside with organization structure, main goals and school principles. Also technical, tactical and fitness programs are elaborated. In the last fifteen years there is lack of literature regarding football schools organization and development so this paper should be able to help football club coaches and employees with the establishment of football schools as well as implementation of training plans and programs.
