Abstract

Za rad sa sportašima potrebno je znati kakva antropološka obilježja krase pojedinog sportaša.
Za bavljenje nogometom, a tako i za planiranje i programiranje treninga, natjecanja i
oporavka važno je znati modelne karakteristike, hijerarhijsku strukturu i jednadžbu
specifikacije u nogometu.
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana su antropološka obilježja (antropometrijske
karakteristike, funkcionalne sposobnosti, motoričke sposobnosti, motorička znanja,
kognitivne sposobnosti, konativne osobine) nogometaša i nogometašica na temelju
prikupljenih podataka različitih autora. Objektivnim prikupljanjem podataka o nogometašima
i nogometašicama kojima raspolažemo, te optimalno planiranim i programiranim treningom
sve slučajnosti i odstupanja od modelnih karakteristika trebalo bi svesti na minimum. Tijekom
nogometne igre uključeni su svi faktori bitni za uspjeh, ali samo je natjecateljski rezultat
pravo mjerilo koja je ekipa bila uspješnija.

Abstract (english)

Before starting to work with soccer players it is essential to know their basic
anthropological status. To be envolved as a coach in soccer, coaches have to know the basics
of planning and programming of the training process, competition and recovery , by knowing
the model characteristics, hierarchical structure as well as the specification equation in soccer.
The goal of this thesis was to describe the basic anthropological status (anthropometric
characteristics, functional abilities, motoric abilities, motoric skills, cognitive abilities,
connative characteristics) of male and female soccer players based on the gathered data which
are at our disposal, and by optimizing the planning and programming of the training process,
all coincidences and deviations from the model characteristics should be kept to a minimum.
During the soccer match all factors relevant for success are included, but only the competition
result is the real measure which team was more successful.
