Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je odrediti stupanj zadovoljstva korisnika različitim programima vježbanja Zagrebačkog saveza sportske rekreacije Sporta za sve koji već više od 70 godina provodi programe sportske rekreacije.
U istraživanju je ispitano zadovoljstvo ZSSR-om te svakim od njegova četiri programa koje nudi, a to su: vježbanje po gradskim četvrtima, rekreativno plivanje, nordijsko hodanje i ljetni program vježbanja. Ispitivanje je provedeno online na 255 korisnika programa ZSSR-a.
... More Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju nadprosječno zadovoljstvo korisnika ZSSR-om te svakim njegovim programom. Pokazalo se da nema razlike između mjesnih odbora što bi značilo da su korisnici vrlo zadovoljni stručnim vodstvom koje je dobilo najbolje ocjene. Abstract (english)

The main goal of this research was to determine the degree of satisfaction of participants of the programs which provides Zagreb's association and recreation Sport for everyone which are more than 70 years organizing and doing recreational sports programs.
Particiants were questioned about satisfaction with Zagreb's association and recreation and about his four programs that he offers: exercising in neighborhoods, recreational swimming, nordic walking and summer exercise. Questionare... More was conducted on 255 participants of programs.
The results show users above average satisfaction of Zagreb's association and recreation and theirs programs. It showed no differences between satisfication of neighborhoods which means that users are satisfied with expertise of trainers who were also given the best overall grades.
