Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz programa funkcionalne rehabilitacije koljenog zgloba nakon ozljede, korištenjem slidera. Ozljede koljenog zgloba jedne su od najčešćih sportskih ozljeda donjih ekstremiteta, ali i sportskih ozljeda općenito. U ovom radu biti će prikazane neke od najčešćih ozljeda koljenog zgloba, mehanizmi njihova nastanka i rehabilitacijski program uz pomoć slidera nakon puknuća prednjeg križnog ligamenta. Naglasak rada je prikaz programa za unaprjeđenje jakosti mišića donjih ekstremiteta te na razvoju među- mišićne i unutar-mišićne koordinacije istih, korištenjem relativno nove sprave u fitnesu a to je slider. Kako bi mogućnost ponavljanja ozljede smanjili na minimum i sportašu omogućili što je moguće brži povratak na sportske terene, jako je važno pomno pratiti i provoditi planirani rehabilitacijski postupak od njegovog početka do kraja kako bi svaki sportaš bio maksimalno pripremljen za napore koji ga očekuju bez opasnosti od ponovnog ozljeđivanja

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to present the functional knee rehabilitation program after an injury, using a slider. Knee joint injuries are one of the most common lower extremity sports injuries, but also one of the most common sports injuries generally. In this graduate thesis some of the most common knee joint injuries, mechanisms of their occurrence and the rehabilitation program using sliders after rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, will be presented. The emphasis of the paper is on the presentation of programs aimed to improove the strength of lower extremitiy muscles as well as the development of their inter- and intra-musculacoordination, using a relatively new device in fitness, which is a slider. In order to reduce the risk of recurrence of injury to a minimum and allow the athlete to get back to action as soon as possible, it is very important to closely monitor and implement the planned rehabilitation procedure from the beginning until the end so that every athlete is maximally prepared for the efforts that await him without any danger of re-injury.
