Abstract Cilj ovog istraživačkog rada je analizirati kondicijske rezultate Hrvatske reprezentacije postignute na Svjetskom nogometnom prvenstvu u Rusiji 2018. godine. Želi se vidjeti postoji li statistički značajna razlika između različitih igračkih pozicija u ukupno prijeđenoj udaljenosti različitim intenzitetom. Analizirano je sedam utakmica. Uzorak entiteta čine igrači Hrvatske reprezentacije koji su nastupali na Svjetskom prvenstvu pod uvjetom da su odigrali regularni dio utakmice. U samom radu analizirani su 4 centralna obrambena igrača od kojih su dva igrača odigrala šest utakmica, a druga dva po jednu utakmicu (14 entiteta), 4 bočna obrambena igrača od kojih je jedan odigrao šest utakmica, dva igrača po jednu utakmicu i jedan igrač dvije utakmice (10 entiteta), 4 vezna igrača od kojih su dva odigrala po šest utakmica, jedan tri utakmice i jedan igrač jednu utakmicu (16 entiteta) i 4 napadača od kojih je jedan odigrao pet utakmica, jedan četiri, jedan tri i jedan jednu utakmicu (13 entiteta). U radu se analiziraju sljedeće varijable: ukupno prijeđena udaljenost, ukupno prijeđena udaljenost sprintom (>25.20 km/h), ukupno prijeđena udaljenost visoko intenzivnim trčanjem (19.81-25.20km/h), ukupno prijeđena udaljenost srednje intenzivnim trčanjem (14.41-19.80 km/h.), ukupno prijeđena udaljenost nisko intenzivnim trčanjem (7.21-14.40 km/h) i ukupno prijeđena udaljenost hodanjem (0-7.20 km/h). Svi podaci korišteni u ovom radu izravno su izmjereni na samim utakmicama pomoću sustava ChyronHego, profesionalne platforme za analizu nogometnih utakmica. U svakoj varijabli dobivena je statistički značajna razlika između nekih igračkih pozicija. Pa tako u varijabli ukupno prijeđena udaljenost sprintom, statistički značajna razlika vidljiva je između napadača s jedne strane i centralnog obrambenog i veznog igrača s druge strane, te kod bočnog igrača s veznim i centralnim igračem. Između napadača i bočnog obrambenog igrača nema statistički značajne razlike. Kod varijable ukupna prijeđena udaljenost visoko intenzivnim trčanjem, statistički značajna razlika prisutna je između centralnih obrambenih igrača i svih ostalih igračkih pozicija kao i kod napadača i veznih igrača. Kod srednjeg intenzivnog trčanja statistički značajna razlike jednake su kao i kod igračkih pozicija visoko intenzivnog trčanja. Kod varijable ukupna prijeđena udaljenost niskim intenzitetom statistički značajna razlika prisutna je između napadača i bočnih obrambenih igrača te veznih igrača. Što se tiče varijable ukupna prijeđena udaljenost hodanjem statistički značajna razlika prisutna je između napadača i ostalih igračkih pozicija, dok je kod ukupne prijeđene udaljenosti tijekom regularnog dijela susreta statistički značajna razlika samo između centralnog obrambenog igrača i ostalih igračkih pozicija. Svaka igračka pozicija različita je i zahtjeva drugačije primjene intenziteta. Napadači i bočni igrači pretrče veću udaljenost u bržim intenzitetima, dok vezni igrači prednjače u ukupnoj
prijeđenoj udaljenosti tijekom utakmice kao i u udaljenosti prijeđene srednjim i niskim intenzitetom. Kod varijable ukupna prijeđena udaljenost hodanjem najveće rezultate postižu napadači.
Abstract (english) The aim of this thesis is to analyze the fitness results of the Croatian national football team achieved at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Purpose is to determine if there is a statistically significant difference between different playing positions in the total distance traveled with
different intensity. Seven matches were analyzed. The sample of entities consists of players of the Croatian national team who played in the World Cup, provided they played the regular part of the match. The thesis analyzes 4 center-back players, two of whom played six games and the other two one game each (10 entities), 4 full backs, one of whom played six games, two players one game and one player two games (14 entities), 4 midfielders, of whom two played six games each, one three games and one player one game (16 entities) and 4 strikers of whom
one played five games, one four, one three and one played one game (13 entities). The following variables are analyzed in the thesis: total distance traveled, total distance sprinted (> 25.20 km/h), total distance covered by high-intensity running (19.81-25.20 km/h), total distance covered by medium-intensive running (14.41-19.80 km/h.), total distance traveled by low-intensity running (7.21-14.40 km/h) and total distance traveled by walking (0-7.20 km/h). All data used in this paper were directly measured on the matches themselves using the ChyronHego system, a professional platform for analyzing football matches. In each variable, a statistically significant difference was obtained between some playing positions. Thus, in the variable total distance covered by sprint, a statistically significant difference is visible between the striker on the one hand and the center-back and midfielder on the other hand, and the full back with the midfielder and center-back players. There is no statistically significant difference between a striker and a full back. In the variable total distance covered by high-intensity running, a statistically significant difference is present between center-back players and all other playing positions as well as in strikers and midfielders. In medium-intensity running, the differences are statistically significant, the same in playing
positions as in high-intensity running. In the variable, the total distance traveled at low intensity is a statistically significant difference between strikers and full backs and midfielders. Regarding the variable total walking distance, a statistically significant difference is present between the striker and other playing positions, while in the total distance traveled during the regular part of the match, there is a statistically significant difference only between the centerback and other playing positions. Each playing position is different and requires a different application of intensity. Forwards and side players run a greater distance at faster intensities, while midfielders lead in the total distance covered during the match as well as in the distance covered at medium and low intensity. With the variable total walking distance, the greatest results are achieved by attackers.
