Abstract Bol u lumbalnom dijelu leđa javlja se u 40% do 85% ljudi širom svijeta u nekom trenutku njihovog života.
Abstract (english) Lumbar back pain occurs in 40% to 85% of people in the world population at some point of their lives. Management of chronic nonspecific lumbar pain is hampered by the emergence of multidimensional factors of influence and consequences, including biological, psychological, and social factors. There are various exercise programs that indicate possible solutions, and this case study seeks to analyze if an eight-week program is to result in changes that occur during the week-to-week testing and to what extent. Each entity is a complex set of characteristics and phenomena, and for this very reason there should be an individualized exercise program. The sample consists of one entity (n = 1, 24 years, 166 cm, 56 kg) with low back pain, reduced lumbar range of motion and is unabled to perform some of the everyday activities. Based on the results of the first testing, an individualized training program was created that was conducted twice a week with continuous testing once a week in each week, pain was assessed with numerical rating scale (NRS), everyday functional capabilities were assessed with a modified Oswestry questionnaire, external load monitored through ssessionRPE scale and wellness questionnaire completed on a daily basis. After an eight-week training process it can be said with certainty that there is a difference between the initial and final testing which confirmes program effectiveness. Pain monitoring was noted to be decreased significantly in the final trial (NRS = 0, MOQ = 0%) compared to the initial testing (NRS = 5, MOQ = 20%).
