Abstract

Koronarna bolest srca označava suženje unutrašnjeg promjera koronarnih
arterija plakom. Plak nastaje uslijed dugotrajnog oštećenja arterija kemijskim
(kolesterol, šećerna bolest, pušenje) i mehaničkim čimbenicima (arterijska
hipertenzija) što dovodi do upalnog procesa i nakupljanja masti. Kako proces
vremenom napreduje plak raste zbog čega se smanjuje protok krvi kroz
koronarnu arteriju. Krvna žila sužena aterosklerotskim plakom ne može

diplomskoga rada je prikazati metode i programe vježbanja kojima se može
utjecati na postizanje efekata smanjenja stvaranja plak-a na stjenkama krvnih
žila, povećanja opskrbe organizma kisikom, smanjenja sistoličkog tlaka,

Abstract (english)

Coronary heart disease refers to a narrowing of the inner diameter of the
coronary artery plaque. Plaque is due to long-term damage to arteries
chemical (cholesterol, diabetes, smoking) and mechanical factors
(hypertension), which leads to inflammation and fat accumulation. As time
progresses the process of plaque grows which reduces blood flow through
