Abstract

Prilikom obavljanja svakodnevnih poslova i zadaća policijski službenici koriste veliki broj policijskih ovlasti koje su propisane zakonima. Među tim ovlastima je i uporaba vatrenog oružja kao jedna od najkompleksnijih policijskih ovlasti. Da bi policijski službenik uspješno koristio različito vatreno oružje koje mu stoji na raspolaganju on mora redovito prolaziti ozbiljnu, zahtjevnu i metodološki razrađenu obuku. Tijekom obuke policijski službenici moraju proći temeljnu izobrazbu u gađanju odnosno trebaju krenuti s gađanjem iz zračnog oružja preko oružja malog kalibra da bi došli do oružja velikog kalibra. Obuka se provodi od jednostavnih prema složenim postupcima rješavanja zadanih vježbi ili taktičkih pretpostavki, prvo kao pojedinac a potom u grupi. Kod izvođenja vježbi gađanja uvjete je nužno prilagoditi stvarnim situacijama tako da policajac pravilno nauči upotrebljavati oružje prilagođeno situaciji na terenu. Naučene tehnike rukovanja oružjem i vještine gađanja potrebno je sjediniti u sustav pravilnog taktičkog i tehničkog ponašanja. U fazama obuke u gađanju potrebno je iskoristiti svaku mogućnost da pojedinci kod sebe razviju sposobnost brzog donošenja pravilne odluke, da poboljšaju vještinu gađanja i da podignu razinu samopouzdanja odnosno da se razina anksioznosti svede na najmanju moguću mjeru.

Abstract (english)

When performing their daily tasks, police officers use a large number of police powers that are prescribed by law. These powers include the use of firearms as one of the most complex police powers. In order for a police officer to successfully use the various firearms at his disposal, he must regularly undergo serious, demanding and methodologically elaborated training. During the training, police officers must have received basic training in shooting, or should start firing air weapons at small arms in order to obtain large-caliber weapons. The training is carried out from simple to complex procedures for solving given exercises or tactical assumptions, first as an individual and then in a group. When performing shooting exercises, it is necessary to adapt the conditions to actual situations so that the officer properly learns to use weapons adapted to the situation on the ground. Weapons learned and shooting techniques must be combined into a system of proper tactical and technical behavior. During the training stages in shooting, every opportunity should be taken for individuals to develop the ability to make the right decision quickly, to improve their shooting skills, and to increase their confidence level or to minimize anxiety levels.
