Abstract

Iako je u FIBA-inim Službenim pravilima košarkaške igre uloga opunomoćenika pojašnjena u samo jednoj rečenici, danas je nezamislivo odigravanje košarkaške utakmice bez njegovog prisustva. Dužnosti opunomoćenika na jednoj utakmici ili natjecanju su mnogobrojne, a ovisno o samom rangu (domaća ili međunarodna liga; U17, U19, U21 ili seniori; kvalifikacije, europsko ili svjetsko prvenstvo, itd.) u kojem se pojedina utakmica ili natjecanje održava. S obzirom da je košarka sport koji stalno napreduje i mijenja se, opunomoćenici koji žele doći do vrha i dobiti FIBA licencu za rad na utakmicama moraju biti spremni na konstantno usavršavanje i ozbiljan rad.

Abstract (english)

Although FIBA Official Basketball Rules define the role of commissioners in only one sentence, today it is unthinkable to have a basketball game take place without his presence. The commissioner has multiple duties in a game or competition, depending on the rank (domestic or international league; U17, U19, U21 or seniors; qualifiers, European or World Cup, etc.) at which a certain game or competition is taking place. Considering the fact that basketball is a sport that is always evolving and changing, commissioners who aim at reaching the top and acquiring a FIBA licence for working at basketball games must be ready for constant improvement, as well as serious work.
