Abstract

Gotovo svi fiziološki i biokemijski procesi u ljudskom organizmu podložni su promjenama tijekom i nakon tjelesne aktivnosti u odnosu na stanje u mirovanju. Hematološki testovi koriste se zbog uvida u zdravstveno stanje sportaša, a stabilnost hematološkog statusa jedna je od ključnih odrednica optimalne natjecateljske izvedbe. Cilj ovog rada je pregledom literature analizirati i opisati postojanje utjecaja tjelesne aktivnosti na razinu krvnih stanica.

Abstract (english)

Almost every physiological and biochemical process in human organism is susceptible to change during and after physical activity by comparison with still state. Hematological tests are used for insight on athleste's health status, and stability of hematologic status is one of the key determinants of optimal contesting performance. The goal of this work is to analyse and describe the effect of physical activity on blood cells level by reviewing recent literature.
