Abstract Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj ljepila za loptu na preciznost i brzinu šuta u rukometu. Istraživanje je provedeno na igračima seniorske ekipe rukometnog kluba Bedekovčina. Uzorak ispitanika sastojao se od 17 ispitanika u dobi od 19,41±3,39 godina, visine 182,69±5,41 cm i težine 86,34±13,94 kg. Ispitanici su testirani u deset testova od kojih je šest testova bilo za procjenu preciznosti šuta, a četiri testa za mjerenje brzine šuta. Na temelju rezultata dobivenih putem Studentovog t-testa za zavisne uzorke možemo zaključiti da ljepilo ima statistički značajan utjecaj na brzinu šuta u rukometu (t= -4,59, p=0,00). Brzina šuta bila je mjerena u četiri testa, od čega su dva testa bez korištenja ljepila, a dva testa s korištenjem ljepila. U testu šut s tla s 9 metara s korištenjem ljepila došlo do poboljšanja rezultata od 10,4% (8,20±7,73) u odnosu na rezultate testa šut s tla s 9 metara bez korištenja ljepila. U testu skok šut s 9 metara došlo je do poboljšanja rezultata od 13,41% (10,18±2,94) u odnosu na rezultate testa skok šut s 9 metara bez korištenja ljepila. Rezultati Studentovog t-testa za zavisne uzorke u varijablama za mjerenje preciznosti pokazuju različit utjecaj ljepila kod izvođenja različitih šutova. U rezultatima testova za procjenu preciznosti skok šuta s 9 metara postoji statistički značajna razlika (t=-2,86, p=0,01). U testu s korištenjem ljepila došlo je do poboljšanja rezultata od 73,86% (0,65±0,93) u odnosu na rezultate testa bez korištenja ljepila. U rezultatima testova za procjenu preciznosti šuta iz mjesta sa 7 metara i šuta s tla s 9 metara s korištenjem ljepila dolazi do pogoršanja rezultata od 14,55% (0,24±1,09) odnosno 30,7% (0,41±1,50) u odnosu na rezultate istih testova bez korištenja ljepila no ta razlika nije statistički značajna.
Abstract (english) Aim of these study was to determine the influence of handball resin on accuracy and shot velocity. Survey was conducted among players of the senior team from Handball Club Bedekovčina. Examined sample was based on 17 respondants age of 19,41±3,39, height 182,69±5,41 cm and weight 86,34±13,94 kg. Examinees were tested in 10 tests, among which six of them was aimed to evaluate accuracy and four of them to measure the shot velocity. Based on results of Student's T-test for dependent samples, we can conclude that the handball resin has a statistically significant impact on shot velocity in handball (t= -4,59, p=0,00). Shot velocity was measured in four tests, which of two was without use of handball resin and two with the use of handball resin. In the 9 meter ground shot using resin, the results improved by 10,4% (8,20±7,73) compared to the test of 9 meter ground shot without using resin. In the test of 9 meter jump shot there was an improvement in results in the amount of 13,41% (10,18±2,94) compared to test of 9 meter jump shot without using resin. Results of the Student's t-test for dependent samples in variables for accuracy measuring shows various impact of a handball resin on the performance of different shots. Results of the test for evaluating 9 meter jump shot accuracy show statistically significant difference (t=-2,86, p=0,01). In the test with using resin, the results improved by 73,86% (0.65 ± 0.93) compared to test results without resin. In the results of tests for the evaluation of the accuracy of a shot at the spot from 7 meters and 9 meters ground shot with the use of resin shows a deterioration of the results of 14,55% (0.24 ± 1.09) and 30,7% (0.41 ± 1.50) compared to the results of the same tests without resin but this difference is not statistically significant.
