Sportovi su danas sve zahtjevniji u motoričkom, ali i u psihičkom smislu. Osobito to dolazi do izražaja u ekipnim sportovima gdje su kontakti česti i grubi. ... More ozljede donjih ekstremiteta u rukometu su ozljeda gležnja i ozljeda prednje križne sveze. Rehabilitacija ozljeda je kompleksna i prolazi kroz akutnu, a zatim funkcionalnu fazu, koja je jako bitna i individualno prilagođena svakom pojedincu. Nakon uspješno okončane funkcionalne faze rehabilitacije, pristupa se zadovoljavanju kriterija povratka rukometu. U većini istraživanja navodi se pet glavnih kriterija, a to su: testovi funkcionalnih sposobnosti, testovi jakosti, psihološki testovi, vremenski pokazatelji, te faktori rizika. U tu svrhu koriste se različiti testovi, kao na primjer: testovi ravnoteže, agilnosti, aerobne izdržljivosti, eksplozivne jakosti, jakosti mišića natkoljenice, te psihološki testovi. Čitava testna baterija daje multidisciplinarnom timu sliku, nakon koje se donosi odluka povratka rukometaša na određeni nivo rukometne aktivnosti. To se događa na tri razine. Prva je razina povratak na sudjelovanje u sportu, druga je povratak na sportsku razinu prije ozljede uz snižene performanse, a treća omogućuje sportašu povratak na željene performanse na kojima je bio prije ozljede. Proučena literatura ne ističe dovoljno specifičnih testova koji bi davali veću sigurnost i rukometašu i njegovom timu prilikom donošenja konačne odluke o povratku u rukomet. Less Abstract (english) Playing sport has great advantages and benefits for the persons health, but it also brings with it its opposite, and that is the existence of a risk od injury. Sports today are increasingly demanding in the motor, but it also in the psychological sense. This is especially pronounced in team sports where contacts are frequen and rough. ... More contacts that may lead to injuries. Most frequent injuries of lower extremities in handball are as follows ankle injuries and anterior cruciate ligament injuries. The process of rehabilitation is very complex and it consists of acute and functional phase, which is very cruical and costumized for every individual. After the functional phase of rehabilitation has been succesfully completed, the criteria for return to handball are met. In most research cases, five criteria are listed as permanent: functional abilities tests, strength tests, phychological tests, time factor, and risk factors. Various test are used for this purpose, for example: balance tests, agility, aerobic endurance, explosive strength, thigh muscle strength and psychological tests. Every test aspect gives the multidiscpilined team an image, after which a decision about the return of the handball player to the sport is made. It happens over three stages. The first one is a return to participating in sports, which is followed by the stage of competing in sports at reduced level of perfomance. The sportsman is able to perform as good as prior the injury had been occured only in third and final phase of recovery. There were not enough specific tests provided by researched sources. As a consequence, tests do not ensure higher level of confidence for handball player and his team, when it comes to making the final decision on getting bak to play handball. Less Keywords
