Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je objasniti značenje i primjenu mentalnih sposobnosti skijaša, vaţnost njihova utjecaja na učinak i djelovanje natjecatelja prije, tijekom i poslije utrke. TakoĎer, se bitnost mentalnih refleksa, mentalne pripreme, mentalnih sposobnosti i svih ostalih endogenih i egzogenih čimbenika s kojima se skijaš susreće za vrijeme natjecanja. The main aim of this thesis was to explain meaning and use of competitors mental abilities in skiing, the importance of their impact on competitior performance and activities before, during and after ski race.
