Abstract

Progresivnim testom opterećenja na pokretnom sagu i progresivnim testom opterećenja s ruskim zvonom analizirano je 10 studenata Kineziološkog fakulteta u Zagrebu (prosječne dobi 25,9±4,0, visine 175,8 ±13,3 cm te težine 73,1±21,1 kg) s ciljem predlaganja novih algoritama za procjenu energetskih parametara (VO2max, RVO2max, RZ-VO2max i RZ-RVO2max) temeljem varijabli (vis, Masa, RZMmax i RZManp) koje se mogu izmjeriti progresivnim testom opterećenja s RZ i opremom koja je svima dostupna.... More Algoritmi su ukazali na to da se pomoću progresivnog testa opterećenja s ruskim zvonom, uz određenu grešku, može objasniti 97% (R = 0,98; p<0,00072) varijance varijable VO2max te 83% (R = 0,91; p<0,03581) varijance varijable RVO2max. Također je moguće objasniti i 94% (R = 0,9; p<0,00263) varijance varijable RZ-VO2max i 82% (R = 0,92; p<0,04042) varijance varijable RZ-RVO2max. Opće je poznato da su parametri maksimalnog primitka kisika od iznimne važnosti za pravilno planiranja i programiranje treninga. Pomoću progresivnog testa s ruskim zvonom na vrlo jednostavan način je moguće procijeniti parametre aerobnog energetskog kapaciteta, a visoki koeficijent korelacije između izmjerenih parametara u laboratorijskim uvjetima, te procijenjenih parametara pomoću algoritama, potvrđuju da se predloženim algoritmima mogu procijeniti parametri maksimalnog primitka kisika te da se kao takvi mogu vrlo pouzdano koristiti u praksi. Abstract (english)

By incremental treadmill test and incremental kettlebell test 10 students of Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb has been analyzed (mean age 25,9±4,0, height 175,8 ±13,3 cm and weight 73,1±21,1 kg) with a goal to suggest new algorithms to evaluate parameters of aerobic energy capacity (VO2max, RVO2max, RZ-VO2max and RZ-RVO2max) by variables (vis, Masa, RZMmax i RZManp) that can be measured with incremental kettlebell test and equipment that are available to everyone. It is commonly known that maximum oxygen uptake parameters are of extremely importance for proper planning and programming of the training. Using an incremental kettlebell test in a very simple way, it is possible to evaluate the aerobic capacity, and the high coefficient of correlation between the measured parameters in laboratory conditions and the algorithm estimates confirm that the proposed algorithms can estimate the parameters of the maximum oxygen intake and that as such can be very reliable use in practice.
