Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz programa rehabilitacije specifičnih ozljeda u rukometu. Karakterističnim tehničko-taktičkim elementima igre, rukometaši vrlo često, a u današnje vrijeme sve više, dožive uganuća gležnja i koljena. Također se susrećemo sa sve učestalijom pojavom sindroma prenaprezanja u ramenu. Ovim radom se ukazuje na rizične faktore, mehanizme nastanka ozljeda te prevenciji i rehabilitaciji ozljeda koje su nastale. Naglasak rada je na su ozljedama donjih ekstremiteta: distorzija gornjeg gležanjskog zgloba, ozljeda prednje ukrižene sveze, te gornjih ekstremiteta: sindrom prenaprezanja u ramenom zglobu. Kako bi se smanjila mogućnost njihovog ponovnog ozljeđivanja, važno je pravilno planirati proces rehabilitacije, te predvidjeti opterećenja u funkcionalnoj fazi kako bi se sportaš maksimalno pripremio za nadolazeće trenažne i natjecateljske napore.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this paper is to present a rehabilitation program for specific injuries in handball. The characteristic of technical and tactical elements of the games, the handball players often, and at the present time all the more to experience ankle and knee sprains. Also we encounter with the frequent appearance of the syndrome of overuse of the shoulder. This paper shows to the risk factors, the mechanisms of occurrence of injury and the prevention and rehabilitation of the injuries that have occurred. The emphasis of the work are the injuries of the lower extremities: the ankle sprain and injury an anterior cruciate ligament, and the upper extremities: shoulder overuse syndrome. In order to reduce the possibility of their re-injury, it is important to properly plan the process of rehabilitation, and predict the loads in a functional stage to the athlete maximum has prepared for the upcoming training and competitive efforts.
