Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati i opisati najosnovnije bazične i specifične vježbe s girjama koje se koriste u treningu hrvača. Korištenje tih vježbi se pretežito odnosi na periode bazične i specifične kondicijske pripreme hrvača. Vježbe isto tako mogu biti i korisne sportašima iz drugih borilačkih sportova. Hrvanje zahtijeva vrhunsku razinu kondicijske pripremljenosti te se hrvači u tom smislu služe mnogim sportskim rekvizitima u svome treningu, a posebno često girjama. Vježbe s girjama u treningu hrvača omogućuju unaprjeđivanje najvažnijih bazičnih i specifičnih motoričkih i funkcionalnih sposobnosti koje su bitne hrvačima za postizanje uspjeha u hrvačkim borbama. U radu će se također opisati povijest hrvanja u kontekstu primjene girje i drugih rekvizita u treningu hrvača kao i povijesni pregled i važnost girje s aspekta metodike kondicijske i tehničke pripreme u treningu hrvača.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is to show and describe the most basic and specific exercises with the kettlebell used in wrestling training. The use of these exercises is mainly related to the periods of basic and specific conditioning preparation of wrestlers. The exercises can also be useful to athletes from other martial arts. Wrestling requires a superior level of fitness preparation and wrestlers in that regarduse many tools in their training, and most frequently kettlebells. Exercises with the kettlebell in wrestling training contribute to the enhancement of the most important basic and specific motor skillsand functional abilites that are essential to wrestlers for success in wrestling matches. This work will also describe the history of wrestling in the context of the application of the kettlebell and other tools in wrestling training as well as the historical review and the importance of kettlebells from the aspect of methodical conditioning and technical preparedness in wrestling training.
