Abstract

Cheerleading je aktivnost koja predstavlja spoj glazbe, plesa i akrobatskih elemenata koji se prožimaju kroz dane i sate vježbanja i koji čine ovu aktivnost sportom danas. Glazba, pjesma, pokret i ples oduvijek je bila stalni pratilac čovjekovog života. Pjesmom i plesom čovjek izražava svoje osjećaje. Upravo zbog emocija koje izaziva ples i vrlo zahtjevnih figura koje se izvode u samome natjecanju, cheerleading ulazi u sami vrh popularnih aktivnosti današnjice. Upravo zbog toga i zbog samoga razvoja cheerleadinga u Hrvatskoj potrebno je ponuditi školama i sportskim klubovima plan i program razvoja cheerleadinga. Ovim diplomskim radom želim pojasniti osnovne termine koji se koriste u cheerleadingu kao i akrobatske elemente kako bi napravili njihovu korelaciju i objasnili utjecaj istih u natjecateljskom cheerleadingu.

Abstract (english)

Cheerleading is an activity that is a mix of music, dance and acrobatic elements which request day and evening exercises and make this activity sport today. Music, song, movement and dance have always been a constant companion of human life. With song and dance, man expresses his feelings. Just because of the emotions of dance and very demanding figures that are being played in the competition itself, cheerleading enters the very top of today's popular activities. That is why, because of the development of cheerleading in Croatia, it is necessary to offer the schools and sports clubs a cheerleading development plan and program. With this graduate thesis I want to clarify the basic terms used in cheerleading as well as acrobatic elements to make their correlation and explain their influence in competitive cheerleading.
